Crossfield use??

I'm with you MacDEF. After listening to my EMP with the HeadRoom Static for almost a year, I find the crossfeed processor to be an essential part of my system. I do, however, hit the bypass switch on various recordings.

I find that it improves the listening experience for most of my CDs.

A way to accentuate the effect for a test is to unplug one channel so you only hear music in one earpiece and turn the crossfeed off. Listen for a short time then turn the crossfeed on while listening. The effect will be more easily heard this way.

I listen to alot of space/ambient so in that aspect crossfeed kind of ruines the experience. However on other kinds of music...
