New Head-Fier
Dear all,
I have a Creek OBH-21 which is usually fed by the tape output of my LFD main amplifier, and sometimes directly from a cd player. The problem I have is that the former option gives me much more limited volume output and dynamics than the latter. Unfortunately, I am unable to find tape output mV specs for the LFD, so am unable to rule that out as an option. Unfortunately, I also cannot compare with another headphone amp
Does anybody have any ideas on possible diagnoses and remedies? Is this something familiar to other Creek users, perhaps?
Best wishes,
Steven
PS. Headphones used: Sennheiser HD650, AKG K550 and AKG K601. All behave the same.
