Hey all, thought I'd share this with whoever needs it as i sorely missed SBX surround after upgrading to windows 10 a couple months ago.
I was using SB Cinema, but i doesn't play nice with Windows 10.
As a workaorund, I've been using the BlasterX engine you can get here.

It installs another audio device in your sound settings.
If you need to make adjustments to the surround,basss, etc, edit the xml preset files in the install directory.
