Yes! I've had sashimi (some bigass flounder-like fish and lobster) like that before and it's pretty gross! The fish jerks like mad whenever you squeeze lemon juice on it

Lemon juice in the eyes would be painful. The fish was probably cursing you out. Putting wasabi in the fish eyes would also be painful for the fish. He would probably be very annoyed. If I were the fish, I would be furious.

Yeah, "You're eating me, you person!!!"

Reminds me of a time when I was at a buffet with friends, and one friend said, "There's something wrong with this shrimp." My other friend picks up the shrimp and moves the shrimp around and says in a high pitched voice. "You're damn right something's wrong! I'm dead!"
