What's this? EU firmware volume capped?

I don’t understand all the technical details but I speak French so:

Currently, with 32 ohms headphones you can reach 1175 mV / 118 dBA.

In order to respect the EN 60065/A12 regulation, they invite you to update your firmware.

You’ll be capped at 150 mV for 32 ohms with a warning at 27 mV.

So now that I just finished translating the post I just realized that I could have answered your question by:

I wonder if international 1.02 fw is volume capped. I'm on latest International fw and don't have any warning at 27 mV

Finally, I got the original leather case, from a Europe supplier, so no custom fees for me. I must say I'm impressed, it looks even better now! Waiting for new fw, I hope they release it soon!

In what way in your opinion? To me it's the same. Long gone iBasso, that changed sound with each fw!

There is something that seems a bug in 1.30: when you load a .cue file and you click on song title just above the cover art, playlist appears, with just a small triangle. In 1.20 you had song list of .cue file.
1st pic is 1.30, 2nd is 1.20.
