Load defaults : Reset all settings to the default. See if that does anything. If not try this: press and hold the volume + and − buttons to reset for 6 seconds or more. If that does not help, then yes, reformat the card.

@Leo. Can you upload one of your FLAC files to google drive and send me the link so I can review your file? I already understand your issue. No need to re-explain it again as you already explained it and it's very clear.

Once connected to the PC, you can see the drive in the Windows Explorer, you can right click and reformat. I don't think that is your issue though. I would try as last resort. I think your Firmware is messed up. Is this a new unit?

i tried 1.14b1 and 1.13 NOTHING and when i choose reset to defaults my volume is still set up to 90, like it was before i would think it would reset that if i need to fomat the internal what are the specs i need to format it to? i tried holding volume up and down and after 6 seconds it just turns off and when i turn it back on it seems like nothing changed

If you reset it, nothing will look different. But all the setting are restored to factory if you go check.

    As for formatting:

Issue: After formatting the product on my PC, it can no longer be read by my PC, the memory has been reduced, or the file transfer rate is slower etc.

Solution: The built-in memory of the product is already formatted and does not require additional formatting. For proper file transfer speeds, the PLENUE D’s internal storage and any external microSD cards (32GB or less) must be formatted as an FAT32 file system with an allocation unit size of 32 KB using Windows 7 or later. Large-capacity microSD cards (64GB or more) must be formatted using an FAT32 formatting tool (e.g. guiformat) to be properly recognized. (32KB allocation unit size is recommended.) This product does not support the format of MAC OS.

by 32 they mean 32768? gui format lists 512.1024.2048,4096,8192,32768,65536

Yes. But on the SD card you can do 4096 that's what your average hard drive does and its the best balance of speed and power usage based on the files we place on our players

  13. leo5111
i did 32768 on internal and 4096 on sd card

Good. If that was the problem, it should fix it hopefully.
