    Who says it doesn't? You can't have both in an audio file. There is a logical process. If the art is embedded in the audio file, then it will not look at the folder art. If there is no embedded art then it will look at the folder art by default.

    Correction: it shows embedded art but not FOLDER.JPG  if no embedded art.  (Originally I did not embed art but move from Windows to Mac changed default pref to embed but keep a copy of cover art in folder.jpg too).

    2 albums, Bad Company Bad Company and Aerosmith Devils got a new disguise in flac they do NOT show even on internal storage BUT if i convert them to mp3 same file just converted then they show up What? what can i re-convert them to flac with? i tryed with db power amp but not sure what setting or if i should use another program..... play from media monkey on pc...EDIT seems NOTHING flac plays on my Plenue im on latest firmware what do i do?

    Revert back to a previous firmware that did work and notify Cowon?

    try cover.jpg instead of folder.jpg.

    It may be a problem with the album cover (image file).
     
    Try to get these albums elsewhere too. If you want tips, send PM.

    actualy i found out NONE of my flacs show up

    i had the same problem recently, it turns out my laptop's usb port is somehow not compatible with the plenue d. Try copying flac files from other PC's. It worked fine for me

    ya but wouldnt that affect the transfer of any file? mp3/wav/flac?

    for mp3s no problem whatsover, but for flac and wav i really have no idea why it doesnt show up in the PD even when stored in the internal storage. I just store my new flacs on the sd then recopy it using a different pc.
