big problem, now my Win7 is not detecting my J3 =((

nvm some how changing the settings in the setting actually helped my com to detect...
 
now how do i actually install the Lynx?
 
i have alrdy extracted the lynx into the System/Flash UI folder. what nxt?

delete anything you added, into flasc uci (careful to not delete sol folder,) then reinstall cowon firmware, them reinstall the flash uci...

J3 or D2+? Dont they have a similar sound? From the specs I see the D2+ has more watts then the J3.

D2+ isn't gapless, has an older version of BBE, a resistive TFT touchscreen, and less tactile buttons than the J3. No comparison, IMO.
 
The arbitrary mW specs on the manufacturer site don't mean anything - in reality they're about the same, only ~1dB difference with a phone attached: http://anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41708

btw i have problems playing flac files in my J3...
 
some of the files are above 40MB and it cant play them... issit bcoz of the size of the song?

I'll be getting a J3 tomorrow to try and pair with my amps and iems. Hopefully, they match well.

It's not the size; I have many songs bigger than that and it plays them.

J3 doesnt play the super high-quality flacs, like 96 or 88khz. just the 44.1 and 44.. or mine doesnt, at least.

none does, but this is because the chip in it cannot play.....

and, afterall, in normal way, only the vinyl has that quality, and the computer format does not stores that level of details

Bought a J3 a few days ago, so far I'm very impressed. I'm not an EQ user but with the J3 it sounds so good it begs to be used. Even the lean sounding Etymotic ER-4 sound wonderful with some trance music and the BBE Mach3Bass preset.

mine is @ either 44.1 or 48 and @ 16bits.... songs frm like my rammstein's album, Sehnsucht. it juz freezes the entire J3 and i have to always reset it.
