Cowon buyers can feel safe - amazing RMA department

I RMA'd a Cowon iAudio X-5, which had a faulty joystick. They replaced it and sent it out the very next day, no questions asked. THANK YOU COWON! I will buy Cowon on my next purchase.

How was the customer service and the whole RMA Process? Was it easy to contact someone through the phone or though email?

Didn't contact them by phone. Filled out their RMA request form, got an E-mail 2 days later with the RMA number. SEnt it in and the sent the unit back out like, 2 days after they got it.
