Cowan Plenue P1 Question

I have one of these devices and it uses a MicroSd SDXC external drive (also has 128gb built in) and says it can take 128Gb external. As it uses an Android OS I was looking to ask is anyone has tried using a larger capacity SDXC morocco disk sat 256Gb or 512Gb. I believe that Cown say it takes 128Gb but as it is just an external micro SD to the OS a bigger disk should work - anyone tried it?
