I have a set of Senn HD595s.

My office is quiet and at times my coworkers can hear the sound flowing from my Senns.

So, I'm thinking about covering the external 'grill' to minimize sound leak. Now, I'm not a craft person: the quickest and simplest option I though was either tape + thick paper or wrap for foods...

Has anyone covered the external grills? If so, I'm more than willing to take a piece of advise.

Thanks.

i agree. it's a good thought, but it won't really work that well. yes, open cans do leak, but don't think that moving over to closed headphones is an instant fix. for the most part it might be a better move. Ultimately it's about where you have the volume level.

my wife can hear many of my closed headphones across the room. one of the worst offenders, is the Ultrasone iCans......so she says.
