In the final stages of putting together my dream system in the main listening room...Speakers are Harbeth M30.1 monitors.The amp is being built in the UK by Icon Audio & is a Class A,Single ended KT150 integrated running UL for a whopping 28wpc!This amp is full on,with all the caps,resistors etc.upgraded to Mundorf Gold/Silver in oil caps for example..Cables are all Nordost Leif series & a new APC H10 conditioner anchors everything...
Which leaves 1 missing iten,a DAC to run things...
I need Bluetooth,USB & Optical in,a good headphone circuit to feed my Sundara cans,remote & fixed output to feed the integrated amp.DSD NOT required..Budget to $1000.00 if it is really top gun but it doesn't have to cost that much if I can get performance worthy of my speakers & amp...I looked at the Topping "DX3Pro/LDAC"& read the thread here,looks like a few problems with clicking & popping noise?Also the "DX7Pro",wow pricey for a Chinese DAC,worth it?
I've googled best dacs till I'm blue in the fingers & could use some help...Thanks much..
