Hello everyone,
Looking for some contrasts and comparisons for the Core Headline and the iBasso D1. Both seem similar in regards to having a built-in DAC; my question is which one is better. I know the iBasso uses the Cirrus CS8416 DAC, a very well regarded chip, while I'm not sure what the Headline uses. The Headline is $399 while the iBasso is $225. I'm thinking about getting one of these to use with a Sony SCD-CE595 and my Senn HD595s. Any thoughts are appreciated.
