What screwed me up was those two extra boxes that don't show up until the third picture in the initial link I posted. I think they're the volume control. I wonder if it's all integrated, or if one can purchase those separately.

Hey, I won US$141 dollars the other day (spent half that). (Scratches furiously...)

I think the 2 other boxes are matching amplifiers. I recently auditioned the T-100, and those boxes weren't present. The CD player also has an integrated amplifier in it eliminating the need for a preamp. You also have the option of a solid state output, or a tube output. (I prefered the sound of the solid state) The player also has a decent headphone jack, but at a high volume there was noticable distortion, and I prefered the sound of my Maxed Out Home anyway.

Then why does the left one have a "VOL" on its display? Not flaming, a sincere question...look at #8 on the main page. Why does it have a separate part number?
