Convert game CD's to DVD?

I have a game that installs using 3 CD's. Is there an easy way to make it into a single DVD that still has working autoplay and will detect properly during installation of the game?

Or is it a complicated process that needs to be tailored to each individual circumstance/software?

Depending on the software, it may be as simple as combining them all onto one disc. Or it may require creating your own installer, which actually isn't all that difficult - there are several with simple drag 'n drop creation.

Also bear in mind this may violate the DMCA, for any U.S. citizens. I believe you're safe, however.
