Agreed. I found this one just a few hours ago for $1 at a local Salvation Army Thrift Store. The record was a little dirty but it wasn't anything my VPI 16.5 couldn't take care of. It sounded simply amazing and I am going to make a concerted effort to run down other Phase 4 titles as well.

I'll drop you a note after I receive the tape and have some time to give it a careful listen. I have a number of Kind of Blue vinyl pressings as well, and it's one of my favorite jazz records. I was tempted because I have been gathering a number of commercial 1/4" stereo tapes and have been extremely impressed with the sound quality so far.
