Contacting Graham Slee

Any idea what the best way is? I sent an email to them at the beginning of the week and I've heard nothing back. I used gsp.ltd@gspaudio.co.uk as the email address, is that the right one?

i think he's busy making solo to fill the backorder he had. also may be he's busy making his new portable amp? just my guess. i been waiting for the replacement of my faulty solo green since august this year. lol just have to be patient

I suggest you try contacting Graham (or through the admin) via the Rock Grotto forum. I remember trying to contact Graham (unsuccessfully) through the provided e-mail address on his website too; attempting to contact him via that forum proved much quicker and more successful.

Graham ran into a problem in that his hired accountant failed to do his job and the "doodoo" hit the fan. This has meant 18-20 hour days for Graham and his staff to catch up. Add to that the amount of work in filling orders for the Green Solo and he has been swamped.

I say the above with the best of intentions, just want you to know that at the moment it may take you a bit longer to receive a response from Graham.

Graham Slee has more business in the phono gears and I think the headphone amp (Solo and Voyager) is just two side projects out of fun and will never become his core business. Graham established his reputation in the industry via his phono amps and I would expect him to work hard to keep and sustain that well acclaimed reputation.

Dont mean to hijack this thread.

To cut a long story short I have just received my brand new Graham slee Green Solo amp after a near 4 week wait.

I was told by Graham Slee that he is putting on hold making anymore Green Solos for a while so I was lucky to get this.

Anyway I am in the process of selling my house and have had an offer to good to let go.

I wont be listening to music for quite a while as other things will be more important like finding somewhere else to live.

If anyone wants a brand new Green solo without the wait then give me a PM.

I paid £254 GBP I only want back what I paid for it.
