Hey everyone !
I'm new to the forum although I have been lurking around the trinity audio forums a couple times.
I bought my Icarus III in early August. For close to two weeks now I've been experienced connectivity issues:
When the cables are in place, the right ear doesn't work anymore.
When I fiddle with the middle section where the two cables meet, unplug and rotate the connector around i am able to find spots where i can either hear faintly in my right ear or with the original balanced sound.
I have tried to switch the cables around with those provided by Trinity on purchase, the problem remains, which makes me think the issue is with the middle section connector.
Have any of you guys experienced this issue with Trinity Audio products ?
What may be the issue here ?
