My smartphone case has a very small opening for headphones to plug in to. I want to use a pair of Senn HD 555's with it, but the included 1/4" to 1/8" adapter is quite bulky and doesn't taper off anywhere near as much as needed in order to fit into the opening. Is there a different adapter I can get to take it's place, a single adapter that will convert the 1/4" to a mobile-friendly sized 1/8" plug? Or is the only solution going to be adding another device into the series of adapters, like this:
This would be a bummer, because the plug already gets so bulky after adding the original 1/4" to 1/8" adapter, having to add yet another link would really suck.
So far I haven't been able to turn up any suitable adapters. Some of the ones I've seen get kind of small, but still not enough. It's gotta be one of those super mini sized 1/8" plugs, nothing the slightest bit bigger will fit.
