Highly confused between Kiwi Ear Cadenza and Truthear GATe. Or should i save up for Kefine delci or Crinacle Zero RED (The nozzle size is questionable for me)? Will it be that much worth it to save up for them?

If you know your preference l, I'd say get a $100 IEM to start with.

To my ear (and according to measurements) the Moondrop Chu II sounds very similar to the Truthear Zero:Red, plus it costs less than half as much, is smaller, more comfortable, and is made from nicer materials. Plus its name isn't stupid.
In favor of the Zero:Red: its cable (which is too long) has a chin slider, it comes with many more ear tips and replacement earwax filters, and it comes with an impedance adapter (that, frankly, sounds absolutely awful). As far as I can tell, it's the accessories that make it cost more, not because it's a better IEM.
