Got home today with a stack of CD's and proceeded to rip them to my computer. Lo and behold, nothing happens when I put in one of the CD's. The drive won't spin. The computer won't recognize that there's a disk in the drive at all. Every other CD worked just fine. It's just this one CD.

What's the deal? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Is it possible that the CD-ROM drive on my laptop is just a piece of crud (I've been having a few other problems with it) and if so, where might I find a higher-quality, USB-driven drive?

Everything All The Time by Band Of Horses. Record label is Sub Pop (which I've never had a problem with before - Sub Pop is my favorite record label).

I'll try another computer, but it would have to be somebody else's and so I wouldn't be able to use EAC. I only have my laptop.

EDIT: Found another computer. It recognized the CD. I ripped the CD to a flash drive and then copied everything onto my computer. Problem solved. I just hope this doesn't happen again (or at the very least, often).
