Are there any computer programs that teach arithmetic covering basic mathematics through geometry, calculus and such?

I want to get such a program for my nephew who is struggling through arithmetic but i don't remember to much about the same now that i'm an old dog so i'm not much help to him...Frankly i could use a refresher course myself so i could make use of such a program too...

I remember there was something called math blaster when I was a kid. Maybe check to see if there is a new version?
