In my quest to find an affordable HDTV solution I have come across this ingenious solution.

The price was too good not to try.

I'll post results using an xbox with a 17"CRT and a 18"LCD when the unit arrives.

One thing I liked about the Dreamcast was that it was VGA ready. I bought a Naki VGA box for like $10. I was looking to get a VGA adapter for my XBox, too, but I'd rather invest that into a better TV.
