Does anybody know which pair of earbuds fit and sound better: the packed in foam earbuds that come with the shure se530 or the comply foam earbuds that you can buy for the se530's?

You mean eartips, not earbuds.

The foam tips that come with SE530 is Shure Black Foam Sleeves, also known as 'olive' in Head-fi. The Comply foam tips that will fit on SE530 is T100 (you could probably get P-series to fit as well).

I prefer olive to Comply because it is easy to use, much more durable and isolate better. With Comply, you'll be more comfortable. SQ wise, they are about the same to me.

Here I am reviving an old thread. But I had to ask, how do the comply foam tips size compare to the black olive sizes?

standard comply = medium olive?

Standard t-100 is a little smaller than the Shure olives, and Comply's shrink a bit over time
