I'm looking into buying some IEMs to go with my Meizu M6 that I received last week. The problem is that here in Slovenia, there aren't that many choices to pick between; actually, there's zero competition and the available brands are basically those three in the title.

I already ruled out the old Shure e2cs. I'm now deciding between the AKG 324s for around € 40, the V-Moda Red Roxx for € 95 and the Etymotic ER-6i for € 125, which is also the utter pain limit for my wallet. I am also probably not buying anything via ebay or amazon, since I don't have a credit card.

Yep, the above list is the entire assortment of IEMs in my country. Pretty sorry, eh?

Bumping this, because there's a huge price difference between the 4 listed items (CX300 @ 30 euros, ety 6i @ 125), and because I sort of forgot to add the music styles I'm listening to on my M6. Here goes: postrock, black/power metal, classical (Palestrina, Bach), Pink Floyd/King Crimson, trancey tunes (Infected Mushroom).

Also, if anyone is selling used IEMs (listed above or priced similarly and good SQ) and is willing to sell by other means than credit cards (since I don't own one, being a student), drop me a line or post here.

Why not just order the Crossroads Mylarone X3, a fad here now for months, direct from Jaben, and have them shipped to Slovenia? Will Jaben not do Slovenia for some reason? Even if you have to pay import tax, they'll still be cheaper than the overpriced options you can get locally.

Thanks for the replies!
I've pretty much decided to swallow the price and go for a pair of used Ety ER4s, if I don't like what I hear (after allowing my ears at least a month of getting used to), I'll just sell them again and go for the X3 or whatever else is available in the EU. Note that I dislike ordering from overseas since the price for a return shipping in case of a warranty I'll pay more than what I saved by ordering from there in the first place.

And I swear to god, after just a week here I've been thinking about choking up the dough for a portamp like the Hornet or something...It's frightening.
