Comfortable 3.5mm MMCX cable

Hi,

I have just bought Fiio F9Pro with MMCX cable.
I'm trying to enjoy this IEM however, I found the earhook is uncomfortable for long time usage because it presses on my ear instead of curling around.
My previous Shure SE530 is extremely comfortable because the cable is thick and easily wraps around my ear.

Does anyone have any mmcx cable recommendation that's comfortable? tried to search ebay/aliexpress - however, I can't find one without the earhook.

I've found Westone cables as comfortable as Shure. Not sure if they are sold separately though.
