Colorfly C10 - Colorfly Is Back!

The problem is not with its looks, but it's maturity in UI development. Colorfly units are known to sound fabulous but thier user experience is often left behind. Colorfly will need to have rectified this to some degree if they're to keep up with today's DAP's on the market . FiiO, iBasso and er.... AK. Maybe Colorfly don't care and well get a half-baked cookie which sounds more grand than angels singing.

I agree with the comments about the UI functionality. They will have to drastically improve the user experience for me to even consider buying it. Personally I couldn't care less how it looks, it looks grey but meh so do I these days

I think the point everyone is missing is that Colorfly don't seem to aim their DAPs at markets outside of China unlike the likes of Fiio. I read somewhere (maybe here?) that the Chinese aren't bothered about the functionality of the C3, it's not an issue for them so maybe that's why Colorfly didn't bother improving the UI user experience, they made it for the Chinese market.

It's short sighted business wise but maybe they just aren't ready or commercially aware enough yet to broaden their markets. It's a massive shame though. I still love my C3 (especially since I've had my ears Otex'ed) it's sonic heaven for me but the UI is beginning to get to me, not massively at the moment but in a year or so I'm guessing I'll be looking for a new DAP. I would have bought a C4 but the functionality of the C3 put me off.

If Colorfly address the useability of the C10 (or Classic10 as its called on the rear case) and has a similar sound experience to the C3 I can't see it being anything but a hit but somehow I just don't think they will.

If mass opinion says these issues have been sorted and gives it a big thumbs up, I'd definitely be looking to buy, if not I'll probably be moving to a Fiio product eventually.

May I suggest that sound quality and improvement is everything for colorfly. They've built a reputation on sound...not function. If a had to choose we'd choose sound first then ui....and with the new luxury and precision DAP from ex colorfly staff, the heat is on!!

I think the page must be under construction. At the top you will see this little image of the c10 right next to the c4. clicking on it redirects you to the weekly news. And again if you try to click on colorfly c10 it will redirect you to this thread. Only the ru website seems to have to c10 up.
