Once you do get into vinyl, it becomes a whole new rabbit hole to go down. It can also get expensive once you start hunting for albums you want. The upgrade bug for carts and other hardware can get you too haha Super worth it once in a while.
Don't forget the marble slabs, phono upgrades and tonearm wiring swaps. I've some friends who have requested my assistance and the list of things to tinker with just keeps going and going.

Ahhhhh yes! Those upgrades can get real crazy real quickly

I went to the local granite/marble counter top installers'...

They cut a hole out for the sink on the big slabs. They throw this away! Was able to get an appropriate marble slab from a sink cut out for free, just paid for a couple of cuts...

@Voxata, what nearfield monitors are you using?

Sorry I missed this! Here's a pic of my current setup. I got a cheap pair of LS50's as folks upgraded to Metas.

Hello everyone! Just found this thread. Recently, I have been trying the Shanling M8 and iBasso DX300 with Andromeda 2020. I will have refit of my Legend X come in so hopefully I can try them out on these DAPs. I am generally an IEM guy and I miss having meet ups.

Nice near-field/headphone setup! I like how spacious and organized it is, very nice!

Awesome set-up indeed! How are you liking those LS50s @Voxata ?

I've got anyone who needs source gear for this eventual meet pretty much covered at this point! Lol.

Polis states that the MLB All Star Game will be at full capacity. It shouldn’t be too long and we can look at rescheduling our meet.

lol yeah. I don't know why, but they sound different in a really good way from most other manufacturers

Saaaaame

Did you sell the Solstice? I love the Andro 2020 and would absolutely consider custom at the 1099 sale price.

Why did you let go of it?
