I tried searching through the forums but was unable to find my answer may have missed it though.

I started building a cmoy on a piece breadboard, just started with the power circuit and once done used my dmm to test I'm getting + 4.27vdc across both resistors and +8 vdc from ground to V+, but getting 0 vdc from V- and ground. It's been a long time since I've done this type of thing brain is a bit rusty, any idea what is up?

I dont have access to a camera so can't take a pic of my circuit but have it wired up just like the schematic. Any help would be much appreciated

Virtual ground is not the same thing as the - battery terminal (actually, the - battery terminal is V-.) Virtual ground is the point between the two resistors, and is physically the two strips down the center of the board if you are using Tangent's layout on the radioshack 150 board.

Searches: The Google search that is available in the top search pulldown is much more useful BTW.
