Just to clarify, are you saying that there is a problem with the connector on one side.
Also a bit confused when you talk about left and right being reversed.
Any clarification appreciated.

OK. I got it. Is the a problem with the female connector on the headphone or the particular connectors on the cable side. In other words, do all cables do the same thing?

Second EDIT at sellers request:
I guess a simple fix would be to replace the connector on the headphone.

EDIT. I think I get it. The HE 6 is symmetrical so they can be put on "backwards" to get the left/right stage to be correct.

Thanks for the reply!

Why not just swap left and right ear cup from the yoke assemblies (2 screws) ? Am I reading this right?

That certainly fixes the orientation, but it does not fix the connector. That will require changing out the connector on the headphone. Not a huge issue, but it will need to be done too make them "right".
Please don't take this wrong. The deal is OK. I am still subscribed because I an still considering the purchase. I just know what I will need to do to really fix the issue. That is the only thing holding me back ATM.
