Closed Headphones like the DR990's?

I posted a few days ago about a good set of cans, and was suggested the DT 990's. I would love to have them, only issue I see is that they are are open headphones, I live with my family and all our rooms are next too each other. They like quiet at night. Will these be too loud, and if so what is a good pair of closed headphones around $250 and under that perform near the same and are god for gaming and music.

i second the beryer dt 770's but in the 80 ohm version (easier to drive)
