Closed headphone under $ 300

Hello everyone!
 
I would like to have some advice/suggestions for a closed headphones under $300.
 
Currently I am using an AKG HD540 and it sounds great for me. However it is semi-open making it difficult to take outside.
I would like an headphone sounding quite the same (as an open headphone) but closed.

The "open sound" really can't be replicated in the closed form-factor.

Still, there are some nice options out there.

Sennhesier Momentum 2.0 Over-ear
Audio Technica ATH-MSR7

If you can find the Oppo PM-3 used, you might be able to swing that $300 budget.

I have the Momentum, and though it doesn't sound all the much like my Sennheiser HD600, it does please me an awful lot.

I read in some other forum that the AKG HD550 is good and has a sound quite similar, though not the same, as an open-back sound.
 
What do you think?
