Altec Lansing's UHP336 caught my eye recently. So they're bascially rebranded super.fi 3s?

Apparently UHP336s have a vented driver which means better bass response. Anyone have any experience with this?

If placed side-by-side (same price, same everything), which one would you choose?

The im716's are very good, but nowhere near as good as the er-4's.

Actually once depoded they are very close to the ER4p, about 90% of what the ER4p offers. For the price they are a excellent bargain.
