Clear Audio Emotion

Anyone familiar with this player? It was recommended to me by a local store as the best record player near the $1000 mark. Unfortunately they didn't have a demo unit at the time so I could not listen to it. If you know anything about it or have listened to one I would like to hear your opinions.

I have heard one, though it was in a system I am not familiar with at all, so I can't say what its effect was on the sound.

That said, it is a well built piece. Looks REALLY nice up close. I mean, if acrylic is your thing. I like the look of acrylic myself. For the asking price of 1k, I think it is at least worth investigating based on build alone!

i'm sure you've read all the reviews etc....just thought i'd mention that you can special order it in black...i've also seen it up close & approve of the looks...very simple design...not sure how they can claim the motor's isolated/damped from the chassis...listen first if the opportunity presents itself...
