What is the best way people have found to clean their IEMs (particulary e500/se530) that is quick and easy, particularly the nozzle part?

I just did a search using your thread title and came up with at least a dozen threads where this exact same question has been asked and answered.

I don't mean to sound like a hard ass, but you gotta at least try the search function.
