Ok, i have a pair of these where the velour pads have gotten pretty nasty from sweat, oils, etc (Admit it, u people have it too if u use it all the time).
Question: How the hell do i clean those things w/o damaging them?
2: i take it for use at work and home and basically just have it in my bag, so there's dust that gets in through the grille, is it a problem and how do it get if off the drivers?
Thanks!

There was a post about how to remove the velour pads...

i tried but this idiot never did remove his velour pads.

but when you are able to remove them i heard you could just put them in some socks and put them in the washing machine. Then air dry it. Or you could just buy some new ones from sennheiser

The pads pop right off, just grab hold and pull.

Wash them in warm water with light soap and rince in cold water, air dry for a day, and they snap back on (press firmly on the edges, careful not to press against the grille). As for inside the grille, try a can of compressed air, then suck the rest of it out with a vacuum cleaner.
