I have some nice 64audio CIEM's that i love and use every day. I hate dealing with the tangly cables though. Can someone point me to an aftermarket cable that has some kind of anti-tangle sleeve on it? I can't seem to find any. They all look tangly to me.
I'm not super concerned with the audiophile cable aspect of it, just a solid quality product.

Not sure where your tangles are coming from but if from when you coil the cable up, some general advice about the "over-under" technique, in case you were unaware:

Cable winders/organizers can be useful too though obviously can kink cables up if the loop is too small/tight.

Many custom cable makers (PlusSound off the top of my head) have options for/with nylon sleeving, might help but I'm not sure how effective it is. Cables with fully braided wires (rather than twisted) up to the earpiece connectors might help reduce it too.

Estron Linum have advertised their cables for being "almost tangle-free" IIRC... had a BaX once, I guess it wasn't too bad, very comfortable. I have a Nobunaga Labs SPC cable doesn't get tangled too easily.
