CHRISTMAS 2006: Gift Season Is Back!

I think now is a good time to get the "giving" sessions started. Every year we make a list of people who are interested in giving and receiving gifts. I participated last year and I want to participate this year again. Many new members and plenty of music that is begging to be exposed

Usually a moderator begins the proceedings but we are already into August and no one has posted a thread about this yet. Maybe it is premature... I jump the gun on these things sometimes

I want to know "WHEN" to expect the OFFICIAL thread so that I can start digging through my music to find those rare and unknown gems

If a mod thinks that the time is ripe - feel free to delete/lock this thread and get the gift season thread started!

I am going for multiple gifts this season...last season's gifts were a BLAST!

I agree, i loved this idea and participated last year to great results. BUT I do think it's a tad too early, it's not even Fall yet lol!

Guru, It's "August" man..... Christmas "2005" is 4 and a half months away. The gift exchange is a great idea but come on, August is a tad premature

I consider christmas to be the beginning of the new year. The season from December - Jan is, in my opinion, a part of the new year. Hence the 2006.
