Chord Mojo volume problems. Can't adjust the sound volume on Samsung s7 or Imac. Using ZMF Omni headphones

Dear all, I wonder if you could help me?
 
As per the title the volume using the Chord Mojo is low. There must be a way to do this!? The current volume is low at best.

Did you ever resolve this issue? Was it the source, dac/amp, or cans at fault? I'm about to be receiving the exact same setup... hopefully won't experience this issue
