    I know right?

At least there’s more than one of us with the issue!

What’s your Roon server running on?

Been playing with the radio player, which I think is a really good innovation. Not sure how to add a station, though. It obviously isn’t as simple as pasting in a link from a live stream of a radio station’s website, but what format is right?

Thanks for the screen shots Keith. Are you both only trying with Roon remote? Does anything change if you disconnect your remote and play directly from the Roon core?

Have tried directly from the core - still the same.

I run Roon on Mac... in case that’s something that is consistent with other users who are having the same issue.

My Roon core is a windows server.
It used to work with poly, and continues to work with my laptop as a Roon bridge, and a chrome cast audio as end point (as well as iPhone as end point).
Only thing that may have changed is that I also run a laptop as a Roon bridge... prob not related.
Would be good if Roon had the ability to log what it thought was happening.

Hi Matt. I have tried this suggestion but the issue has come up again this morning. The only thing I could do to get it to work again was eject the SD card and reboot the Poly. I have around 14,000 songs and 850 playlists on a 500GB MicroSD card if that makes any difference.

I've been on 2.0 since last Monday, and I'm really enjoying the improvements. Yes, it's been a long, strange trip for a year. Nice to finally get here.

There is still one issue for me: Poly doesn't seem to play nice with multiple access points. I have 2 WiFi sets, one with a single access and another with multiple. I've been having issues using the one with multiple points. I'm still playing with it to see if I can understand the problem better.

Is anyone having success with multiple access points???

I have a Meraki network with 4 WAPs and struggled with the Poly dropping the Roon connection as it flipped from one WAP to another. This occurred without me even moving. So I ended up getting a consumer brand WAP and plugged it directly into my router, set up a PolyNet SSID for the 2GHz radio only, and my Poly has been stable on my internal network ever since. Of course, I can't go wandering all over the house or outside like I can with my other WiFi apps but I'll settle for that.

Thanks. Nice to know it's not just me. @Matt Bartlett is this an issue that can currently be resolved????

Matt mentioned a couple of pages ago that the issues caused by network switching will be investigated on Monday, so hopefully it is already in hand.

Yes I've reported this and we will work to identify the cause so it can be fixed.

I am wondering if there is enough spare room on your card, for the new software to build/save the database index file.

There is still around 130GB of free space so that should not be an issue :)

I have 200GB free and do the same procedure to get MPD running. Someone once told me size does not matter!

I think what I most appreciate is that the playlists list shows up in alphabetical order. That makes me so happy, I could almost cry.

    LOL
