A lot of that will depend on use I think. If the dap is going to be using digital out to a discrete dac/amp, the dap is kind of secondary. If the dap will line out to an amp, the power output is secondary. If the dap is doing standalone work, I think the power is more important than the coloration. I normally test all my iems on my desktop amps to see if they scale with power first. Surprisingly, some do.

I'm planning to use it when I'm not at home and occasionally as a portable DAC when I only have the laptop with me.
