Choice earphone like or better my Shure 940 headphone, help me, please.

I am looking an earphone like or better my Shure SRH940 headphone.  Perhaps someone had or have Shure and could advise me?
 
My landmark SRH940 because I had not other with great sound. I know that I can buy awesome earphones for about 1k USD, however, I would like saving money

1) So, your budget is $1000 but you'd like to keep it less? Is that correct?
 
2) Do you want an open or closed headphone?
 
3) What source do you use for playing music? Phone? Computer? Portable audio player?
 
4) What kind of music do you listen to?
 
5) Do you like headphones that emphasize bass, midrange, or treble? Or do you like your headphones neutral and balanced?
 
6) Do you like how your SRH940 sounds?

The Campfire Audio Orion might be a great choice for you. The SRH940 sounded neutral to me, and so does the Orion, but the Orion just has a bit more bass. I can't say it sounds better, but they sound similar.
