Work can be boring, especially when you stayed up late the previous night and are constantly falling asleep. Dr. Dan recommends one of the following*:
1. Caffeine
2. Cigarettes
3. T. Monk in the morning

Because when you only have three options, only three options remain before you've chosen one!

not just morning.

on the other hand, i'd give up my Monk before my Mingus.
