Anyone have connections to locations that could host an event? Does anyone know contacts at Saturday Audio Exchange / Audio Consultants or Music Direct who may consider hosting something.

It may be difficult after Axpona which was just a month ago. Axpona got me to open my wallet as I purchased the Questyle Twelve Master.

It would be nice to attend an event. I know that AXPONA was held not that long ago. But I have enjoyed going to the old headphone events held in the southwest burbs a few years ago. I miss them. AXPONA was probably why they disappeared. But they were fun to attend and meet the local head fiers in the Midwest Chicago area to discus things with. And see and hear some nice rigs and just hang out with the local headphoners.

Thank you for the reply. I really appreciated those meets. I also want to thank the person who set those local meets up. It took quite a lot of work I am sure. I do miss them. But being a parent is a demanding job. Best of luck to him.

Exactly. Not like cans listening is an outdoor activity. Was going to suggest audio consultant but they closed. Let’s see who is still around when this thing is over.

Chicago is requiring not only gloves and masks but 14 day quarantine for anyone coming from most nearby states. I would not think it is a good time for a Chicago meet

Apparently there's discussions of a ZMF November to be had here this week, so maybe we'll get an idea of a possible Chicago area meet then!

ZMF November is just our annual B stock and used sale while we concurrently come out with new LTD editions.

ZMFestivus is the yearly meet that we do, it was canceled this year due to Covid and we have no current plans to have a meet unfortunately.

Hopefully we can have get togethers again soon!
