Cheapest DAP with coax digital out?

I'm after a simple DAP, mostly for use in the car via the Aux in, but a fundamental will also be to use it as a transport at work. (At work I have an Audiolab M-dac+, a pair of Nuforce Monoblocks and some Meze 99classics)

So, I'm after a cheap DAP. I'm not too hung up on it's inherent quality, as just about anything will be good enough in the car (its a diesel SUV!) and the rest of the time its just going to be a transport.

It MUST have:

Ability to add extra storage via SD of some desription.
Ability to be powered/recharged in the car simultaneously while playing.
COAX digital out rather than optical.

It would be NICE to have:
WiFi support and ability to run TIDAL.

I'd LOVE to have RadioParadise on it too, but am not expecting that.

It doesn't need bluetooth, if it has it well fair enough. It doesn't need fancy amplification - it's just going to be a transport when at work.

So - cheapest unit to fit that bill? ALL suggestions gratefully recieved!

At its cheapest with optical and wifi, the Fiio X5 Mark 3, or X5 III is your best choice, though I would constantly check for firmware/software updates, as it is new and fiio is constantly changing updates:
