I'm looking for a DAP w/ my Chord Mojo while studying at the library. Because it only has digital inputs, the Mojo doesn't work with any of my current DAPs, despite the love I have for my Aune. The DAP doesn't need to be great, as with digital output, I should be using the Mojo's DAC and Amp, correct? The larger issue for me is battery life time. I'm normally studying for a minimum of 3 hours.

I see a massdrop deal on the Opus #1, and I'm just curious if there's any options that are more affordable.

Interesting and informational post, but it's a year old (new units may have come out) and doesn't really discuss the price of the units.

Unless you were trying to say a used AK100.

I say M1 is perfect. It's small and the USB digital output works well with Mojo/Hugo. Plus if you have an android phone, you can install Hiby Music and control/manage music playback from your phone without touching your Mojo/M1 stack.
