Hi,
I normally use HD650's with a Mojo + laptop.

I recently got a Shanling M0 + Campfire Comets.

I'm going hiking for 6 weeks and will either take the M0 or my Honor Play phone to listen to music.

I don't want to trash / get my Comets wet.

Can you recommend a cheaper pair?

Maybe up to £50?

Thanks,
Ed

I recently bought a set of TRN V80 based on a recommendation of a friend.
It's surprisingly decent for around $20.
Good seal is important though to provide the full bass it's capable of and prevent too energetic treble.
I am using them with Spinfit CP145, and they have a warm, quite strong bass, slightly recessed mid and a slightly sizzly treble, but not harsh. Resolution is good.
Balance changes a bit with volume, at lower volume the bass and mids become comparatively lighter.

Other options are the Moondrop Crescent or the Final Audio 2000.
There are measurements for those 2 on Crinacle's great Graph Comparison Tool.

My everyday IEMs are modded JVC HA-FD02 and the Astell & Kern T8iE MKII powered by Mojo
