If you're talking USD $ then there may not be much of good quality - taking a look on Amazoon.com there's a lot of choice but I can't guarantee these will be any good - you might get lucky though. Hopefully someone with experience of similar headphones will chime in.

I had a pair of Motorola S9-HD that I absolutely loved. I'm sure they're a few versions ahead now and should be close to your price range. It looks like they are S11-HD's now. I recommend giving them a try (and purchase from a vendor with a good return policy!)
