You need to be slightly more specific.
Sound Magic and Kanen are really cheap. (Chinese brands)

Look into:

If 'cheap' is around $80, I would go with the Etymotic Mc5 for it's top tier isolation (tested to be the best, as are all of Etymotics IEMs), accurate frequency response (also tested) and comfort.
