So anyone know any headphones that are closed, and around 50$ or less and sound sort of like the dt-770?

i was thinking about these, also sound stage is fairly important since I play a lot of quake live

maybe these? Max price I want to spend, but they say the bass is like added a lot... I like the bass of the dt-770, it's definately there, and I love that, but I wouldn't call them bassy headphones.

The creative aurvana lives are better sounding than the dt770 and cost around £50/$50.

In my opinion of course.

Or you could save yourself even more cash and opt for the panasonic htf 600 (£30/$30).

Monoprice 8323. $27.50 shipped from Monoprice. Wonderful pair of headphones. Can't recommend them enough.

Although I haven't heard them, I reckon the OP should look into this one.

It isolates a lot more than the htf600, which don't isolate like a closed phone- cos it's semi closed!! The panny doesn't leak as much as an open phone (no way) and it isolates more too so it may pass on this front.
